The Western World is often accused of being too focused on Western Culture and history, and so most people who venture into Asia find that there is an entirely different world out there waiting to be
explored. Many tourists dislike traveling in groups because they feel like they do not get to experience everything there is to do. With some consideration and by booking a backpacking Asia trip, you will find that your senses will be overloaded, and your trip will be one to remember.
LBW Travel is excited to help you explore new lands and cultures and have as authentic and exciting experience as possible. Venture into the jungles and wilds of Asia as you sample cuisine, roam around the gorgeous scenery, and meet friendly people who are just as curious about you as you are them.
Leave the planning to LBW but come prepared to venture off the beaten path and into places no other tourists groups go. Armed with a sturdy backpack and walking shoes, you are freer to see what locals
love about their own nation and better able to travel quickly and see everything there is to see.
Choose a tour that fits your preferences, such as Bali for pristine, untouched beaches and villages, Thailand for dense, cloying jungles, and Vietnam to meet friendly people and see majestic mountain
ranges. For the most adventurous traveler, take a six week tour and immerse yourself in the culture and wilderness of Southeast Asia. Not only will you see what the other side of the world is like, but you will be able to share the experience with new found friends.
A backpacking Asia tour is not for the faint of heart or faint of foot, but it is one of the most amazing journeys you can take without spending your life savings on hotels, buses, and other amenities. If you are unsure where to go for an upcoming holiday or graduation trip, think of Asia first, and break out your backpack.

Visiting Europe is something everyone should experience. The
concentration of history, culture, food and shopping is like no other. They are
many wonderful places to see, but a few cities should be included in the
itinerary of all tours of Europe.
Paris
Paris is also called the “City of Lights” and is famed for
the Eiffel Tour, wonderful food and wine, and stylish stores, to name only a
few highlights. The famous Tour de France bike race ends in Paris with riders
typically rounding the iconic Arc de Triomphe. You can follow in the tracks of
the cyclists by taking a bike tour of the city. Paris is also a great place to
party; there are many fun night clubs, bars and pubs. If you want to get a good
dose of culture, there is no place like Paris. You can check out the Louvre
Museum, which is considered by many to be the world’s greatest art museum. The
Musee d’Orsay is known its outstanding collection of Impressionist paintings.
Amsterdam
Another great city to see during tours of Europe is
Amsterdam. The nightlife there is world famous. You can party and people watch
in the Red Light District and the Leidseplein. Amsterdam is also known for its
beautiful canals and taking a canal tour is the perfect way to see the city. The
world class museums are also top Amsterdam attractions. They include the Van
Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank House. A visit to Netherlands would not
be complete without seeing a windmill, and there are eight in the heart of
Amsterdam you can tour.
Munich
Munich, Germany is another one of the great cities in
Europe. Its many beer halls are world famous and synonymous with Oktoberfest.
There are numerous interesting sites in Munich including the Marienplatz, which
is the central square, and there are many old unique and historic buildings to
explore in its vicinity.

Explore the Ruins of Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu
in Peru is the site of elaborate Incan ruins. Machu Picchu tours
can take you around this historical treasure trove. Hundred of thousands of
people trek to Machu Picchu every year to experience the magic and history of
the place. Here are a few theories about Machu Picchu’s mysterious origins, its
discovery and some of its feats of engineering before you head out on your
excursion.
Machu Picchu perched high above the Urubamba river |
People have
theorized for years about Machu Picchu’s mysterious origins. People have
suspected everything from aliens to slaves to Gods for creating the city. In
1450 the Incas built the empire. Most historians now agree that the city served as
the great Incan emperor Pachacuti’s summer home. About 100 years after Machu
Picchu was built, it was abandoned. Many have speculated that the Spanish
conquistadors wiped out the city’s inhabitants, but there are not any signs
that the Spanish even reached the area. A more likely theory is that the Spanish
brought small pox, which spread throughout the city. Life Before Work Travel’s Machu Picchu tours can enrich
your experience of the area with in-depth knowledge of the history and lore of
the site.
While the
locals had known about Machu Picchu for years, it wasn't brought to the
attention of the rest of the world until 1911. A Yale history professor, Hiram
Bingham, stumbled upon the site while searching for another lost city of the
Incas. The site has now become one of the world’s biggest tourist attractions.
Machu Picchu
is an extraordinary marvel of engineering even by today’s standards. It boasts
terraces that were used to support the city and keep it from sliding down the mountain,
but also to catch rainwater that nourished Incan gardens. There are 3,000 stone
steps that exist in the city, sixteen fountains and countless other treasures
built from hundreds of thousands of stones. The stones are fit together with
such precision that a knife blade cannot be inserted between them. It is
theorized that river rock was used to cut the stones.
An
historical and engineering marvel, Machu Picchu should be on the agenda for all
Peru tours. Machu Picchu is now considered one of the new Seven Wonders of the
World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A brief history of the theories
surrounding Machu Picchu’s roots, discovery to the outside world and some of
its engineering marvels gives you a taste of all the majesties Machu Picchu tours
can offer you.

Upgrade Your Vacation Plans With A Yacht Tour
When you finally get the chance to take the break you
deserve, you want to make sure you make the most of it. Going to a foreign
country is a great way to expand your life experiences. If you are new to
travel, or even if you are a seasoned tourist, yacht tours provide a great way
to experience a country. If you have been around the block and are looking to
put a new twist on your next vacation, this is the perfect solution. Try out a
yacht tour, and you might find that it becomes your preferred method of travel.
How does spending most nights on a yacht stay interesting?
Charismatic trip leaders and energetic DJ’s can ensure that everyone on board
is having a good time. Just because you have accommodations on a yacht does not
mean that you stay on the boat all day long. Anytime you want to get in the
water, you can take a plunge off the side of the boat and enjoy the ocean
water. Island hopping for the best beaches and hot spots keeps the trip
versatile and entertaining. Excursions to the mainland also provide
opportunities to have a lot of fun. You can tour volcanos, castles, ruins,
cities, and more. One of the best parts can be enjoying music festivals.
When you go on a yacht tour, every day is a party, and every
day you can experience new and exciting adventures. What makes all of the
activities and partying so fun on a yacht is the group of people with which you
get to travel. You can hang out with some of the most fun people you will ever
meet, and this human interaction will add upon every great experience you have
while on vacation.
If you have never tried going on a yacht tour, consider
going on one for your next vacation. You can experience a foreign country like
you never have before while interacting with a great group of people.
